To work out a fee for an engagement, please send me the following details:
1) Timings - start & approx.finish - any other details along these lines (breaks for speeches etc)
2) Day of the week
3) Size of the venue / & any moves to be made between rooms or floors
4) Venue-type (Hotel, living-room, garden, castle, manor-house, football stadium or club etc - no venue is too large or small!)
5) Location (with POST-CODE to get a map for directions & mileage)
6) How many in attendance (children & adults with age-range if possible)
7) What you have in mind exactly i.e. live background / sets / concert
8) Whether background CDs (to fill in breaks), or speech microphone required
9) How you came by me, what you have heard, or know about what it is I do
10) If outside: Will there be cover in case of inclement weather? In dodgy conditions, any cover would need to be 3-sided

BE ABLE TO ARRANGE ONE - THERE WILL BE A CHARGE FOR THIS
An email or postal confirmation mentioning all salient points such as date, time, the nature of the engagement, the fee (including deposit) is crucial and will be required, to which I will respond at various intervals before the date, including a final phone-call or two.
The deposit required is 20% of the agreed total fee, which is returnable up to 60 days before the date of the booking, or non-returnable within this time, and will guarantee any date discussed and arranged, with
hopefully, the event taking place as planned.
