                                                                  As an alternative to an M.U. contract, I use the following Two-Page format:
                             
1 - Basic Inquiry: Use the form below to inquire after availability only:
                                      This will log your name & email address, to which I will reply a.s.a.p. To help give you a better idea of venues & music played and to calculate                                       an exact fee for your event, an accompanying WORD doc. with details will be attached by return -  
 
2 - Availability: The Fee is based on a daytime and/or evening-rate. To give you an accurate quote, go to 'BookingsPage2' and fill in the box -

3 - Confirmation: Once everything is agreed, please send an email confirmation from this page confirming date, timings, location & the fee agreed
                                      For POSTAL confirmations, please use the address provided in my initial reply or on the telephone -

4 - The DEPOSIT: Usually 20% of the agreed fee, is returnable up to 2 months before the date of the booking and will guarantee the date arranged, with hopefully                                    your occasion taking place as planned. In the event of a cancellation with less than 2 months notice, please see the note below*

* Let me know as soon as possible please, if the unfortunate occurs and you have to cancel, as the deposit will be held up until 2 months prior to the     booking and will be accepted as cancellation fee and cannot be refunded if the event fails to materialise from this point in the calendar.
