The Deposit:
Usually 20% of the agreed fee,
is returnable up to 2 months (60days) before the date of the booking and will guarantee the date arranged, with hopefully your occasion taking place as planned. In the event of a cancellation with less than 2 months notice, please see some important notes below. Note: 1. Let me know as soon as possible if the unfortunate occurs and you have to cancel. 2. The deposit is held up until 2 months (60days) prior to any booking, but will be subject to cancellation fee, and cannot be refunded if the event fails to materialise from this point in the calendar. 3. For events booked within this 60 day period prior to any date, the deposit cannot be refunded if the event is cancelled. 4. If I have to cancel, all monies will be returned by BACS within 7 days |
